Personnel selection - cooperation rules (recruitment with a one-off payment)
- The Employment Agency searches for employees criteria provided by the client through the employer's questionnaire
- The Employment Agency provides employees to the employer for a probationary period of 7 to 30 days together with documents allowing legally to employ a foreigner
- If during the trial period the client decides not to continue employing the employee, the fee will not be charged
- After the end of the trial period (in the absence of a complaint from the client), the Employment Agency will issue the client an invoice for employee recruitment services
If the client resigns from employing an employee for a pre-agreed trial period, he/she does not pay for the service rendered to him/her. The customer also has the option of free replacement of employees during the trial period, thereby purchasing another trial period for newly recruited employees.
