1. Recruitment services with one-off fee (for personnel selection)

Following are the rules of co-operation under personnel selection option:

AtoZ Serwis Plus searches for personnel according to the criteria provided by the customer via the IT-employer questionnaire.
AtoZ Serwis Plus carries out preliminary personnel classification using its own or customer provided qualifications tests.
AtoZ Serwis Plus delivers the selected candidate to the workplace immediately.
Lastly AtoZ Serwis Plus guarantees at least a two-week trial period for the candidates offered by us.
If necessary, AtoZ Serwis Plus will pay for the accommodation of the personnel and provides personnel with full support during relocation.

2. Personnel lease (Temporary Staff)

Following are the rules of co-operation under personnel lease option:

AtoZ Serwis Plus agency is responsible for personnel recruitment and selection.
Formalities related to visa, stay and legal employment of foreigners in the Republic of Poland will be taken care of by AtoZ Serwis Plus Agency.
Employment will be undertaken by adhering to the Employment Contract or Civil Law Contracts.
AtoZ Serwis Plus Agency will bear the costs and fees related to the payment of Social Security Contributions, Contributions to the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled, and Tax due to the Tax Office.
AtoZ Serwis Plus Agency will delegate the duties related to HR and Payroll documentation and Personnel Administration.
An option will be provided to the client to test an employee before signing an employment contract with him/her.
Management of Personnel Documentation to be taken care of by AtoZ Serwis Plus Agency.
AtoZ Serwis Plus Agency will take care of documents related to the stay of foreigners in Poland.
Wage calculation and payment to be done by AtoZ Serwis Plus Agency.
Comprehensive care of the personnel is provided during their stay in Poland.
