Following are the rules of co-operation under personnel selection option:

- If necessary, AtoZ Serwis Plus will pay for the accommodation of the personnel and provides personnel with full support during relocation.

- Employment will be undertaken by adhering to the Employment Contract or Civil Law Contracts.
- AtoZ Serwis Plus Agency will bear the costs and fees related to the payment of Social Security Contributions, Contributions to the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled, and Tax due to the Tax Office.
- AtoZ Serwis Plus Agency will delegate the duties related to HR and Payroll documentation and Personnel Administration.
- An option will be provided to the client to test an employee before signing an employment contract with him/her.
- Management of Personnel Documentation to be taken care of by AtoZ Serwis Plus Agency.
- AtoZ Serwis Plus Agency will take care of documents related to the stay of foreigners in Poland.
- Wage calculation and payment to be done by AtoZ Serwis Plus Agency.
