If your application for a UK visa is denied, you will be informed of the reasons why when you receive the decision on your application. You may appeal this decision if you believe it was not made fairly.

  • Complete Form IAFT-2, the appeals form.
  • the UK Immigration and Asylum Chambers
  • This entity will forward the documents to the appropriate authorities.
  • A new choice will be made, and the applicant will be given written notice.

Please feel free to resubmit your application after making the necessary corrections if the decision is not changed.
 

While in the UK, you can extend your UK visa. Nevertheless, the procedure varies depending on the type of visa you have. As long as your overall stay in the UK is less than six months, you can apply for a visa extension if you are on a standard visitor visa.
