Therefore, we are looking for workers who will complete 600+ deliveries per month to earn a higher base salary, tips from clients, and additional cash bonuses.

Working Hours per Week/Weekly Off:
- We require a minimum of 150 deliveries per week, with a maximum of 60 working hours per week. There are six working days per week, and one day is designated as a free day.
- Shift schedules are determined by the company. For example, a 12-hour shift may be provided, with scheduled hours such as 10am - 3pm, a 2-hour break from 3pm - 5pm, and then another shift from 5pm - 10pm. The length of the shift will depend on how many deliveries each person needs to make.
- A minimum of 25 deliveries per day is required.
- One day per week is designated as a free day, resulting in four free days per month.
- Employees are entitled to four weeks of vacation per year, which is unpaid.
Accommodation & Food:
- The company will provide accommodation.
- In Zagreb, accommodation is provided with four people per room, and each room has a private bathroom. However, in other cities, the accommodation type may be different, such as a flat, and may vary accordingly.
- The company provides two meals a day, lunch and dinner.
Contract, Employment & Other facilities:
- The employment contract is for a one-year period, with the possibility of extending it by extending the work permit.
